GRIPPER'S EXCLUSIVE 3 YEAR WARRANTY

If within THREE YEARS from purchase any Gripper "No Holes Drilled" antenna mount breaks ( under normal use) or rusts, simply contact us for a replacement, and instructions where to return it.

Five days from receipt of all "electronic" goods, legitimate defective (right out of the box) items may be returned for replacement only. After five days, any defective item must adhere to written manufacturers' warranties instructions regarding sending to the manufacturer or thier authorized service/warranty locations. Returned defective items must contain all original parts etc. Any defective item returned with missing parts, we will debit your credit card for the amount of replacment parts.

Written authorization from CFE PRODUCTS MUST BE ISSUED prior to returning any item. Replacement of initial defective item will be sent upon receipt of defective item. Purchaser of item must pre-pay shipping back to point of origin and must allow CFE PRODUCTS to debit purchaser's Visa/Master Card for the amount of return shipping charges on replacement. Contact CFE PRODUCTS for any return authorization. Items sent back to CFE PRODUCTS without proper authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Any item returned or refused and returned to CFE PRODUCTS. is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All electronic products come with the manufacturer's warranties intact. PLEASE NOTE: We urge that you know the product that you are shopping for, to eliminate any confusion prior to ordering. Any product deemed defective is highly recommended to be returned to the manufacturer per their instructions.

Many manufacturers' will offer replacement of defectives. If you send defectives back to CFE PRODUCTS, there will be a lot of "shipping time" expended.. All we do (all other internet merchants do the same) is send it back to the manufacturer, for replacement. You can save "weeks" by sending it directly to the manufacturer yourself. This will save you shipping charges too as most will pre-pay the return charges of the replacement.
